Lead Minister
Do you feel called to lead discipleship and community transformation in a diverse urban setting? Morden Baptist Church seeks a Lead Minister to help grow and shape God’s work in Morden. Our vision: “Growing disciple-makers who transform Morden and beyond.”

Based in South West London, our church family represents 20+ nations. We are actively engaged in our community through Food Bank, Community Fridge, Youth Ministry, and programmes for older people. We enjoy vibrant, expectant, spirit-led worship and our 2026 theme is “Pursuit of God.”

WE'RE HIRING
Church Administrator
PART-TIME | 20 HOURS PER WEEK
Working Monday to Friday (4 hours per day), you'll play a vital role in keeping our community connected and our church running smoothly.
THE ROLE
You'll be the first point of contact for church, community and building users. Provide day-to-day administrative support to the staff / core leadership team. Responsibilities also include weekly MailChimp church communications, maintaining our ChurchSuite church management system and overseeing the purchasing of office resources and supplies.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You'll be organised, great with people and with solid IT Skills.
A DBS check and references will be required.
